Summer is officially right around the corner, and the Texarkana, TX Parks & Recreation department is kicking things off with a community favorite: Movies in the Park!
Starting next week, you can bring the whole family out to enjoy free outdoor movie screenings under the stars.
📅 The Lineup
All movies will be shown on Thursday evenings at Spring Lake Park (located right across from the airplane). Movies will start at dusk, but you’ll want to arrive early to claim a prime spot on the lawn!
- Thursday, May 28th: Jumanji (1995) 🐒
- Thursday, June 4th: Space Jam (1996) 🏀
- Thursday, June 11th: A Minecraft Movie 🎮
📝 What to Know Before You Go
- Cost: Free admission!
- What to bring: Blankets, lawn chairs, and pillows to stay comfortable on the grass.
- Food & Drinks: Concessions will be available on-site for purchase if you get a craving for some movie snacks.
